Bar Savant was born from my love for excellent cocktails and the art of bartending. To me, there’s nothing more rewarding than sharing moments with people who truly appreciate the craft behind a finely made cocktail. Every drink is an experience, and every experience is an opportunity to connect.

I have spent the past eight years bartending in craft bars, honing my skills and feeding my passion for hospitality. I view bartending as the intersection of hospitality, science, and art. My approach is inspired by my love of chemistry and systems thinking. I enjoy analyzing the structure of cocktails and finding unique inspirations for their creation.

 I pride myself on truly listening to my clients, understanding their vision, and exceeding their expectations. I want every guest to feel delighted, understood, and cared for.

When I'm not consulting or crafting cocktails, you can find me reading, playing music or games, gardening, or enjoying exceptional food. I’m passionate about anything that is well-executed and love discovering new ways to inspire my craft.
